Nandita Banerjee has been working in the non-profit sector for more than 20 years. She has worked with Help Age India, Dignity Foundation, and the National University of Singapore in roles ranging from non-profit management, capacity building, research, monitoring and advocacy. Currently, her role is to strengthen the knowledge and skills of the employees through training. She has a MBA, M.A. in Economics and has a Diploma in training from Institute of Training & Development, New Delhi and United Nation’s International Institute of Ageing.”
