This workshop will introduce scholars to the fundamentals of fundraising, with a focus on strategic prospecting, writing impactful grant proposals, and tools for effective grant management. The workshop is meant as an introductory walk-through of the above mentioned components of the fundraising cycle. It provides a synoptic snapshot of these critical stages in fundraising, as well as tips, tools and trade tricks that go beyond the templatised discourse around fundraising in non-profits.
