Is there an age limit for applying for the LokNeeti programme?
There is no minimum age limit for applying for the LokNeeti programme. We encourage everyone with an interest in Public Policy and who wants to pursue a part-time programme.
Do I need to have work experience to join this programme?
It is not mandatory to have work experience.
What is the minimum eligibility required for this programme?
A Bachelor’s degree from any stream is the minimum requirement. Students in the final year of their graduation can also apply.
What is the medium of instruction?
The programme will follow a bilingual medium wherein the faculty will use daily spoken language, which is a mix of Hindi and English.

Will I be counted as an alumnus/alumna?
ISPP believes in lifelong learning and will give you access to any guest lectures and workshops which ISPP believes might add to your skills.
What is design thinking as mentioned in the ISPP curriculum?
What makes a policy effective is the understanding of how it would affect the public and the designing of a policy around it. This is what design thinking is all about… putting end users’ needs at the centre of the policy formulation. At ISPP, our faculty will train you to not just formulate policies but identify the issue, define it, ideate, test the prototypes, and scale it.
Do you provide any placement?
No, we do not provide any placements as this is a 4-month certificate programme. Placements are only provided for the year-long Public Policy, Design and Management programme.
Do you provide networking opportunities?
Yes, we do provide networking opportunities. You will get to network with the alumni of ISPP and LokNeeti programmes, who are currently working in different sectors, as well as various faculty members and guest lecturers.
Is there any financial assistance available?
Selected candidates will be offered a 30% scholarship.
