    The Law and Economics course is designed to make scholars understand the role of law in public policy for achieving social goals.

    Through the course, the scholars will:

    • Understand the normative aspects of law and economics.
    • Appreciate the interplay between legal and economic principles.
    • Understand the role of law in generating social value through market driven transactions.
