Prem Das Rai – Prem Das Rai is a former Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha) from Sikkim, having served from 2009 to 2019. With extensive experience in governance, economic development, and institution building, he has held several leadership roles across public institutions and continues to contribute to policy discourse on sustainable mountain development and regional growth.
