The programme integrates these methods to help participants assess evidence, understand analytical limitations and translate insights into effective policy decisions. With a focus on responsible AI and the practical application of technology to governance, it prepares professionals to use data-driven approaches to strengthen policy design, implementation and evaluation. About Epsilon Executive Education
Epsilon Executive Education specialises in applied artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science and decision intelligence for working professionals. Its teaching model emphasises practical capability: understanding how analytical and AI systems work, applying them to real organisational problems and developing the judgement required to use them responsibly.
Why Policy Intelligence?
Policy professionals should not have to choose between understanding the policy and understanding the methods that formulated it.
The Policy Intelligence Programme has been designed around a simple proposition: modern policy analysis increasingly draws on data, statistical inference, automated models, documents, stakeholder evidence and artificial intelligence.
These methods become genuinely useful only when professionals can understand how they work, interrogate their limitations and translate their outputs into sound institutional judgement.
Most importantly, the programme does not treat coding, machine learning, generative AI or policy as detached subjects. Learners move through one connected analytical stack and repeatedly apply it to substantive policy questions.
