Role Overview

Learning Management System (LMS) & Administration
- Manage the LMS, ensuring courses are created, materials are uploaded, and transcripts are approved.
- Cross-check and validate scholar transcripts and course completion records.
- Oversee integration of guest lectures, quantitative resources, and academic tools into the LMS.
Events, Research & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate guest lectures and the Harris Lecture series, assigning Learning Assistants (LAs) as required.
- Work collaboratively with admissions, administration, and outreach teams to ensure seamless academic operations.
- Assist in planning and execution of new cohort orientation, convocation, and academic workshops.
- Support faculty and scholars in research projects aligned with ISPP’s vision, including quantitative analysis and policy-focused publications.

The Admissions Manager carries overall responsibility for student enrolment at ISPP. The role includes the following, but is not limited to:

Strategic Admissions & Marketing Planning:

Develop and implement an integrated admissions and marketing strategy to attract a diverse and high-quality applicant pool.
Analyse application and campaign data to identify opportunities for improving lead generation, conversion rates, and enrolment outcomes.

About ISPP

Role Overview

The Manager (Brand, Communications & Public Engagement) will serve as a core custodian of ISPP’s brand, with a strong, hands-on focus on visual storytelling. This is a build-from-scratch role for a mid-senior professional who understands communications and can personally lead photography, videography, and video editing to bring ISPP’s work, people, and ideas to life.

The role requires a rare blend of strategic thinking and on-ground execution. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable shaping institutional narratives and independently shooting and editing high-quality visual content across classrooms, events, public discussions, and campus life. High emotional intelligence, strong collaboration skills, and comfort working closely with faculty, students, and leadership are essential.

9+ years of experience in brand, communications, or public affairs is required. Demonstrated, hands-on expertise in photography, videography, and video editing is a core requirement for this role. Experience in higher education, public policy, or mission-driven organisations is preferred; ISPP alumni will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Storytelling (Core Responsibility): Lead institutional photography and videography across academic and community settings. Edit videos using professional tools to create reels, long-form videos, and explainers, while ensuring produced visual content aligns with ISPP’s academic credibility and brand tone.

Team Leadership: Guide and coordinate a small communications team and external partners (PR agency, website agency, etc.), while remaining personally accountable for visual content

Positioning: Own and strengthen ISPP’s brand identity and narrative across platforms by ensuring consistent, high-quality expression across digital, print, media, and events, with a strong emphasis on visual brand expression through photography and video.

Digital Presence: Own and grow ISPP’s digital presence by leading the website, social media platforms, newsletters, and webinars, with visual content (photos and videos) as the primary growth lever.

Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams (academics, admissions, research centers, student bodies etc.) to capture their work visually and narratively, translating academic and policy work into compelling photos, videos, and stories.

Events: Conceptualise and execute policy meet-ups, webinars, and public discussions, and lead all visual documentation, including photography, videography, live capture, and post-event video edits for amplification.

Thought Leadership: Build ISPP’s thought leadership by driving op-eds, blogs, reports, and video-based thought leadership assets such as faculty explainers, event highlights, interviews, and short-form policy content.

Institutional Archives: Create structured, high-quality visual archives of ISPP’s intellectual capital including recorded lectures, panel discussions, public talks, and student initiatives. Proactively repurpose archival footage into reusable video assets for thought leadership and outreach.

Fundraising, Deputy Manager

We are recruiting a full-time office-based Fundraising, Deputy Manager to support the partnerships and fundraising activity at ISPP.

Position Summary

The Fundraising, Deputy Manager will be responsible for managing ISPP’s fundraising strategy, establishing and sustaining donor relationships, and ensuring effective grant acquisition and retention. The role requires strong research, proposal development, outreach and relationship-management skills, along with the ability to represent ISPP at external platforms and engage with diverse stakeholders across the public policy ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Donor Research & Strategy Development

Conduct comprehensive research to identify CSR, foundation, HNI, multilateral and institutional fundraising opportunities.
Maintain and update the donor pipeline and funding landscape reports.
Support the implementation of annual fundraising goals and strategic plans.

2. Outreach & Relationship Management

Initiate and manage outreach to potential donors and partners.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with CSR heads, foundation leaders, government stakeholders and philanthropic networks.
Represent ISPP at external events, conferences and stakeholder meetings.

3. Proposal Development & Documentation

Proven experience in proposal writing, donor relationship management, databases, CRM and external representation.

About ISPP Centre for Urban Transitions (ICUT)

Given the emerging importance of urban areas in shaping India’s journey toward becoming a Viksit Bharat, ISPP has launched the Centre for Urban Transitions (ICUT). The Centre is envisioned as a hub for forward-looking research, capacity building, and policy advisory in the areas of integrated urban management and urban development. Over time, ICUT aims to build a comprehensive repository of online learning resources in urban planning and management.

Role Summary
