Role Overview

The Centre for Universal Health Assurance (CUHA) at ISPP works to strengthen India’s journey toward Universal Health Coverage through research, policy engagement, implementation support, and institutional partnerships. The Centre focuses on areas such as health financing, primary healthcare, digital health, governance, healthcare quality, insurance and assurance models, and evidence-informed policymaking.
CUHA is inviting applications for a motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate to join the Centre’s growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-quality literature reviews, policy analysis, and quantitative and qualitative research on topics related to health systems, universal health coverage, health financing, governance, and other emerging public health priorities.
Support the preparation of flagship reports, policy papers, journal manuscripts, blogs, and other knowledge products.
Assist in the collection, management, analysis, and synthesis of data from primary and secondary sources.
Coordinate expert consultations, stakeholder interviews, workshops, roundtables, and policy dialogues with government agencies, academic institutions, development partners, civil society organisations, and industry.
Prepare briefing notes, presentations, concept notes, meeting summaries, and communication material for internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to project management activities, including tracking timelines, maintaining documentation, coordinating with partners, and supporting reporting requirements.
Assist faculty and senior researchers in drafting policy recommendations and translating research evidence into actionable policy insights.
Monitor developments in health policy, public health, and related sectors and contribute to the Centre’s knowledge management activities.
Undertake any other research, programme, or administrative responsibilities as required by the Centre.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Public Health/ Public Policy/ Health Economics/ Development Studies/ Public Administration/ Sociology/ Political Science, or a related discipline.
1-3 years of work experience is preferable
Demonstrated interest in health policy, health systems, public health, or allied fields.
Strong analytical, research, and academic writing skills.
Experience conducting literature reviews and synthesising evidence.
Familiarity with quantitative and/or qualitative research methods.
Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Willingness to travel as required.
Knowledge of statistical software (e.g., R, Stata, SPSS, Python, NVivo) will be an advantage.
Experience supporting publications, policy reports, or grant-funded projects.
Familiarity with health systems, Universal Health Coverage, or health financing will be an advantage.

Role Overview

The Manager – Marketing & Communications will lead the strategic direction of ISPP’s marketing, branding and communications function to strengthen the institution’s visibility, reputation and growth. The role will be responsible for developing marketing and brand strategies, driving integrated campaigns, building institutional partnerships, and ensuring a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.

The role will provide strategic guidance and oversight to the Communications team, enabling the development and execution of high-quality communication initiatives that align with ISPP’s brand positioning and institutional priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly integrated marketing plans for academic programmes, Executive Education, research initiatives, and institutional campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities to expand ISPP’s reach, visibility, and engagement within the higher education, policy, and industry ecosystems.
- Drive targeted marketing initiatives that directly contribute to admissions growth, strategic partnerships, and overall institutional expansion.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Lead the development and implementation of ISPP’s brand strategy to solidify its positioning as India’s leading public policy institution.
- Drive long-term, institution-wide brand-building campaigns across programmes, research, events, and key institutional milestones.
- Ensure strict consistency in brand identity, messaging, visual standards, and tone of voice across all marketing initiatives and stakeholder touchpoints.
Digital Marketing
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, paid media, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms, working closely with agencies to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
- Build audience-specific digital campaigns to support admissions and Executive Education programmes, improving awareness and inquiries.
- Strengthen lead generation, nurturing, and conversion through CRM and marketing automation, while continuously monitoring and optimizing the admissions marketing funnel.
- Explore new digital channels and marketing technologies to increase audience engagement.
Communications Leadership
- Provide strategic guidance, oversight, and mentorship to the Communications team to ensure high-quality execution of institutional messaging and storytelling.
- Review and oversee key communication assets and guide planning for major institutional campaigns, programme launches, policy events, and leadership announcements.
- Support ISPP leadership in strengthening the institution’s reputation through strategic, high-impact communications.
Reputation Management
- Manage crisis communication protocols to safeguard ISPP’s reputation.
- Monitor public perception and proactively address misinformation or brand challenges.

6-10 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public affairs, preferably in higher education, public policy, think tanks, or research organizations.

Role Overview

ISPP is seeking an Admissions & Outreach Counsellor to support the admissions team in student recruitment and outreach activities for the school’s programmes, both PDM and Executive education. The Counsellor will primarily engage in call counselling to advise prospective students about ISPP’s offerings and assist them in identifying and enrolling in the programme best suited to their needs.

In addition to guiding candidates through the admissions process, the role will contribute to outreach and marketing initiatives — including drafting mailers, blogs, and other communication material — to engage prospective students and build awareness of ISPP’s programmes. The position involves managing large datasets on a CRM platform, handling queries over the phone, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Recruitment & Outreach
  - Support the Admissions team in student recruitment for ISPP’s PDM and Executive Education programmes.
  - Contribute to outreach and marketing initiatives that build visibility and interest in ISPP programmes.

  - Provide phone counselling to prospective students, advising them on available programmes.
  - Help students identify and enrol in the programme that best suits their needs.
  - Daily calling expectation, a minimum of 60 numbers dialled and 35 connected calls per day
3. Admissions Guidance
  - Guide prospective students through the admissions process.
  - Provide detailed information on programme offerings and application requirements.
  - Assist candidates in progressing through the various stages of application submission.
4. CRM Management
  - Manage and maintain large datasets on the CRM platform.
  - Ensure accurate and timely updating of prospective student information.
5. Handling Inquiries and Concerns

6. Content & Marketing Support

Graduate in any subject.

Strong communication skills with the ability to manage queries empathetically and patiently.
Experience with student information systems and CRM software preferred.
