Nehal Gaur

Nehal pursued her M.A. in Political Science from the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Delhi. She graduated with B.A. (Hons.) Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi. Nehal has previously worked in the education, political communication, and non-profit space. Her work propelled her deep interest in public policy as a Research Assistant in the Office of Lalubhai B. Patel (MP). It is further supplemented by courses in sustainable energy from the UN and in International Relations from King’s College London. During her undergraduate studies at LSR, Nehal extensively worked on initiatives for inclusive education, gender sensitivity, and mental health awareness. As part of IPR, Nehal hopes to create a credible and accessible platform for policy enthusiasts.

Parth Chaturvedi

A lawyer by profession, Parth has worked in law firms as an intern and
Associate. He has worked with UP LokAyukta on the social-legal need and
the procedures thereof for taking action against corrupt officials.
He filed a Public Interest Litigation at Allahabad High Court on the
appalling conditions of state primary schools. He harbors a keen interest in
politics and public policy and believes that his knowledge and experience
in law will help him contribute to better policy making.

Kritika Yadav

Kritika has volunteered with Child, Rights and You and Aazadi Foundation, addressing the rights of children and trans-people respectively. She wrote her Master’s thesis on Subaltern Studies and its evolving nature. Kritika has an inclination toward academia in the field of public policy, especially pertaining to structural inequalities and governance processes.

Musharraf Aamir
Associate editor
Musharraf Aamir holds a bachelor's and master's in Political Science from Calcutta University. He has interned as a public policy researcher in organizations like Sarkari School and DELTA (under District Administration Roopnagar, Punjab). He was also a research associate at TCPD (Trivedi Centre for Political Data). His interest lies in political economy and domestic politics. He hopes to be a positive force in fulfilling IPR's mission of democratizing public policy discourse in India

Aswathy holds a bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering. She is interested in using behavioural science and technology to tackle policy problems across diverse domains. She has past corporate industry experience and database administration skills. Preparing for the union civil services examination has helped her develop perseverance and the ability to grasp diverse concepts in a short time. Her primary interests lie in development and social justice issues across the spheres of labour, urbanisation, gender, and the intersection of technology and governance. She wants to harness her team's collective creativity to support IPR's aim of democratising public policy education in India.

Amrutha Valli is an architect-writer turned educator with an inclination to architectural sociology and vernacular design. She is interested in the development of a trauma-centric model of instruction in ECCE. She has received relevant training in neuropsychology from Cambridge University and studies the Indian 'policyscape' up close. India Lost & Found, Krivan
Koncepts, and Artsytribe have been key professional associations aside from working with children at the Shishu Mangal Orphanage since 2019.

Jay graduated with a B.E(Mechanical) and post-graduated with M.E(Cad/Cam) from Gujarat Technological University. Additionally, He has experience in the industrial sector as well as in the academic sector. He is inspired by Don Norman who has been solving problems of the 21st century by Human Centered Design Methodology. Jay is also a certified designer. His key interests lie in the domain such as infrastructure, urbanization, and technology. As a member of the IPR, Jay wants the common public to understand and be able to relate to public policy.

Vincy Davis
Assistant Professor
Vincy is an Assistant Professor and Faculty In-Charge, Writing & Communication Lab. She also leads the Case Study Centre at ISPP. Before joining ISPP, she was a Senior Research Associate with the Centre for Policy Research, specializing in qualitative research methods. Her research focuses on themes related to state capacity and on social policies, including school education, women & child, and rural livelihood. She holds MA and BA (Hons.) degrees in Political Science and Journalism from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University.

Ammu Elizabeth Thomas
Learning Associate
Ammu is a Learning Associate for the Writing & Communication Lab at ISPP.
Additionally, she oversees the ISPP Policy Review. She has four years of experience working with policy advocacy organisations focussing on education and gender. Before ISPP, Ammu worked at RightWalk Foundation as an Associate: Research and Strategic Communication advocating for and strengthening the Right To Education Act. She has also worked with Disha Foundation curating lessons and developing curricula for children from marginalised communities. Ammu possesses a master's in Public Policy from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, and a bachelor’s in Communication Studies from MCC, Bangalore University.
