Can ISPP help me get into central or state government policy units and ministries?

Through the Career Support ecosystem, students are guided toward opportunities in government-linked organisations, advisory bodies, and implementation agencies. The Career Support Cell focuses on helping students understand where such roles exist and how to approach them strategically.

The exposure gained through Careers in Public Policy shows that government work today is not limited to IAS or PCS roles. There are multiple professional entry points, such as policy associates, research analysts, and programme managers.

Additionally, Immersive Learning Projects (ILP) allow students to work on policy challenges that often involve government partners or government-linked institutions. This experience makes students more credible when applying to ministries, public sector think tanks, and policy advisory units.

For a Government Fast-Track Aspirant, ISPP offers a practical alternative path: entering the policymaking ecosystem faster through professional policy roles rather than waiting only for competitive exams.
