The Indian School of Public Policy (ISPP) is looking to hire a committed, persuasive and effective Admissions Counsellor Intern for our Admissions and Outreach function. We are looking for a candidate who can both assist the call counselling efforts towards enabling maximum and appropriate candidates/number of registrations while following an effective admissions process that will ensure that we admit only the most qualified and promising applicants.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent spoken communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Should have a sales bent of mind with an approachable personality in order to understand and effectively communicate with applicants and explain what ISPP is offering to its prospective applicants and close applications.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), CRM and Mail Merge is preferable.
  • Ability to approach any situation with patience and empathy.

Job Description:

  • Interface with prospects via inbound and outbound calls.
  • Maintain a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email and Whatsapp during the admissions process.

The Indian School of Public Policy (ISPP) is looking to engage a talented, creative, and committed candidate for our Communications team. This is an internship opportunity that will require the candidate to work preferably from our office in New Delhi (remote working only for outstation candidates). We are looking for a candidate who can assist our communications and digital marketing teams with zeal. While interning, the candidate will not only participate in ideating and executing the plans, but also learn how to work on strengthening brand recognition, helping them build a strong foundation for their career. The Indian School of Public Policy (ISPP) is looking to hire a talented, creative, and committed Graphic Designer for its communications, social media, and events verticals. This is a full-time position that will require the candidate to work from our office in New Delhi. We are looking for someone who can design creatives for social media posts, brand collaterals, print media, digital advertisements, and website creatives.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the Communications team on media creatives such as banners, brochures, event booklets, institutional booklets, event banners, backdrops, standee, etc.
  • Designing mailers, newsletters, and other digital media creatives.
  • Working with Digital Marketing on social media posts
  • Knowledge of printing and coordinating with the printing press for a timely and quality print job
  • Working on the website updates with the Digital Marketing team

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Indesign, and Photoshop), Corel Draw, MS Office (PowerPoint and Publisher), among others
  • Knowledge of Video Editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro) is a preferred qualification Familiarity with digital media platforms
