Will ISPP help me discover which career path in public policy is right for me?

ISPP addresses this through its structured Career Development Journey. This journey begins with understanding individual aspirations and gradually exposes students to different types of roles and sectors. Through interactions with the Career Support Cell, alumni talks, and sessions with industry and policy practitioners, students start to see how different careers actually function in practice.

The visual framework of Careers in Public Policy clearly shows multiple career pathways such as government, NGOs, think tanks, industry bodies, academia, and public sector roles. This helps students map their interests to real professional options instead of abstract ideas.

By combining academic exposure with career conversations and mentoring, ISPP allows students to experiment intellectually before committing professionally. For an idealistic graduate, this process transforms uncertainty into informed decision-making and turns passion into a practical, achievable career direction.
